Sonsys AI provides AI-powered business systems and consulting services, including but not limited to: AI chat and voice agents, CRM and marketing systems, custom website design, business operations automation, and payment and invoicing systems.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement.
  • All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.
  • Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials you provide to us.
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future work.

Any pre-existing intellectual property, third-party tools, or open-source components used in your project remain the property of their respective owners, subject to their applicable licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonsys AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
